    Coconut, Rum & Passion fruit

    Coconut sponge teamed with home made passion fruit coulis and a sprinkle of dessicated coconut,

    finished with rum buttercream


    Caramelised Apple & Cinnamon

    Apple and cinnamon are a perfect combination.

    Spiced apple sponge with a thin layer of home made caramel and then covered with cinnamon buttercream


    Banana, caramel & peanut butter

    A must for peanut butter lovers! A super soft banana sponge cake topped with a layer of home made

    caramel sauce and finished with peanut butter Italian meringue buttercream


    Hummingbird cake

    One of our favourites here at M Bakery. If you like carrot cake, you will love the Hummingbird cake!

    Made with bananas, pineapples and pecan nuts, this cake is best teamed with cream cheese buttercream

    but feel free to add a sprinkle of dessicated coconut for that added tropical experience.


    Kir Royale

    Based on the classic cocktail, this cake combination consists of a pink champagne sponge

    (made with real champagne), filled with fresh raspberries and crème de cassis Italian meringue buttercream






    Please note that unless stated above, the buttercream is the American version which can easily be changed to Italian meringue buttercream (which is at a premium price due to the ingredients used and time to make it). Just mention it when placing your order otherwise we will automatically use the American buttercream.
